Grateful for nice summer days

I took a walk today to think about some things and couldn't help but notice how beautiful it is. Summer is officially here, at least according to my count of grasshoppers that I passed--at least fifty. I'm grateful for summer. It's my favorite season--except in Florida. ;)

Grateful for nature

I moved into a new ward a few weeks ago, and it's been a good experience so far. Last night was a RS retreat where we went to a cabin somewhere in Spanish Fork Canyon. The cabin was super nice, with tons of rooms and plenty of things to do and look at. But it was nothing compared to nature itself. Star gazing last night and then pondering about life in the "woods" this morning were both incredible experiences.

I'm so grateful for nature and the way it reminds me just how much God really loves me.
